Terms and Conditions

All code and designs remain the property of Jiwa Web Design until final payment is made.

When we first discuss a web site design, I require 10% of the fee as an initial deposit.

I will then work with you to finalise the layout and design of your site, using a combination of printed layouts and example pages.

When you are happy with the layout, I will require 40% of the fee and will then complete the site. I will usually require content, text and images from you. You will also need web hosting (I can arrange this for you).

When the site is finished, and you are 100% happy that I have completed the work we agreed upon, I then require the final 50% of the fee. I will then upload the complete site and hand over all of the code and designs to you. You will then be the proud owner of your very own Jiwa Web Design.
